The Twisted Wonderland Wiki, has links to translations of most of the stories, be they main, event, or character. Also useful if you want to play the game.
A blog that has plain text translations for the main story. No event or character stories to my knowledge.
A YT channel with CC translations over videos of the main story, like subbed anime. One complete event story is also subbed here.
Tumblr blog with assorted references and minor translations (voice lines, some card stories).
