Golden Silence
The only thing that might catch your eye about this restaurant is the dark brick and understated sign that simply reads....

Azul Ashengrotto, owner and proprietor of the Golden Silence, has very specific tastes. The interior of the restaurant is dark and cool, almost reminiscent of an underwater cavern (if not infinitely more stylish). The front of house has two large aquariums when you walk in. Behind the bar there's two more, framing the liquor shelves. This underwater aesthetic continues throughout the restaurant, though much more subtly--the overhead lights might look a bit like tentacles, and perhaps the table lamps look a bit like jellyfish.
The brightest thing in the restaurant would be the stage, opposite the bar. During lunch it's empty, but closer to dinner a single spotlight shines brightly on a solitary golden microphone. It's not every night, but at least once a week there's live music or other entertainment.
This is not a casual dining establishment. Diners are expected to dress in a business casual style at minimum. (This dress code may be relaxed for special occasions. When there is live entertainment or other such events, the dress code is black tie.)

The menu is mostly seafood, with some options for those who prefer their meat to not have been caught this morning and some for those who would prefer there be no meat at all. This is a work in progress. Azul has a tendency to make deals and arrange things that may or many not be entirely moral. Or legal. But that will take a lot more work to establish and for now, he will simply offer his abilities as an alchemist for those who may be looking for such a thing.
