Mister Ashengrotto, thank you for getting back to me so promptly. A cut will not be necessary. You and your restaurant will be doing the work, so you have every right to whatever you earn through the event should they be wise enough to enlist your services.
I would, however, like to inquire as to the use of the VIP room for your restaurant. As you might have noticed, my friend and I are hard workers. We are both able to cook, but we take on quite a bit, and my friend shall soon have even more on his plate now that he is a lord here. We are both rather private people as well, so a chance to dine out on occasion without having to deal with crowds would be most appreciated. You would, of course, be fairly compensated.
I can block out a period of two or three days every month for up to six month, if you simply tell me what time of month and what time of day would work best for you. For spontaneous reservations, I prefer a day in advance at minimum.
Regarding the scheduling of the VIP room, we would like to arrange for schedule one day every other month on the first open day at the beginning of the month, save for when the day falls on a holiday, such as the first of January. We'll forgo December, as that shall no doubt be a very busy time for you.
